Troubleshooting a Scanner Connection

FotoFinish recognizes scanners that use TWAIN drivers to connect to your computer. If FotoFinish doesn’t recognize the scanner you are trying to connect to, check the following:

·      Make sure the scanner is on

·      Make sure the scanner is connected to the computer

·      Make sure you installed the necessary drivers and software your scanner came with

If FotoFinish still does not recognize the scanner, it’s possible that FotoFinish does not support it. In that case, you will need to transfer your images to the computer using the software that came with your scanner. Then you can bring the images into FotoFinish by selecting Find Images on My Computer from the File menu
